Communication runs in your Slack workspace by default β we join as guests. A weekly 30-minute sync (your timezone), daily async updates in Slack, and a shared Notion or Linear board for traceable work items. Frequently asked questions
How does the time zone actually work for UK clients?
UK business hours run while our US team is mostly asleep, but our project managers and senior developers cover early-morning hours so that by the time you start your day, there’s already a full day of work waiting for you to review. Most of our UK clients have told us they actually prefer this β they wake up to completed work rather than waiting hours for a response.
Are you GDPR-aware?
We build GDPR- and UK-DPA-compliant sites by default β cookie consent, data minimisation, lawful basis documentation, data processor agreements where we’re handling end-user data. We’re not GDPR lawyers, so for complex data flows we recommend pairing with a privacy consultant β but the technical implementation is well-trodden ground for us.
What WordPress projects don’t you take?
We turn down “quick fix” jobs under five hours β they’re inefficient and rarely fix the underlying issue. We also don’t build new sites on Elementor or Divi as a primary architecture. We use Gutenberg, ACF, and custom blocks because page builders create maintenance debt we’d then be asked to clean up later.
